We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mark Maggiori home collection; if your fine art prints or home goods do not meet your expectations, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging and pristine condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repack your items in their original protective tubes or boxes, ensuring that art surfaces are shielded from scratches or moisture during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
